VISA ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Complete Visa Application

To enter Ghana, you will need to obtain a visa. We strongly recommend applying for your visa 3-6 months prior to your scheduled departure date. Your visa application packet should include the following:

  • Completed Visa application
  • Return postage
  • 2 current passport size photographs
  • Visa and return postage payment receipts
  • Invitation letter

Children (Only)

  • Completed copy of visa application
  • 2 passport size photographs
  • Photocopy of the child’s birth certificate
  • Signed and notarized consent letter by both parents
  • Copies of both parents’ picture IDs

Prior to shipping, ensure your visa application is fully completed and the application fee is paid. Include receipts for both the visa application fee and the return postage within the application packet. Additionally, include 2 recent passport-size photographs.

NOTES:

  • Shipping information should be in applicant’s name.
  • Use the same email and phone number used on your visa application.

An invitation letter is a signed formal request to the Ghana Immigration Service, prepared by Awuni Tours Ghana, that serves for a foreign national to visit Ghana. It details the reasons for the visit, duration of the stay, and specific plans while in the country.

We will provide this letter once you’re ready to submit your visa application.
