***Trip Package Options***

Guests flying out of Detroit and Charlotte can select an all-inclusive package that covers both international flights and the tour. Choosing the all-inclusive option gives you the flexibility to spread your payments out over time, rather than paying for your international flights in one upfront sum directly with the airline.

TOUR/FLIGHT PACKAGE (Detroit and Charlotte Guests Only):

Double Occupancy Rate: $5,450/person

Single Occupancy Rate: $5,780/person

Children (Ages 1-5) Rate: $2,500/child

Children (Ages 6-11) Rate: $3,975/child

(NOTE: All departing flights leave on July 30, 2027, arriving in Accra, Ghana on July 31, 2027. Your return journey departs Accra on August 9, 2027, and lands back home on August 10, 2027.)

Tours only (no airfare):

Double Occupancy Rate: $3,480/person

Single Occupancy Rate: $4,000/person

Children (Ages 1-5) Rate: FREE

Children (Ages 6-11) Rate: $1,740/child

(NOTE: Members selecting the tour only option must purchase their flights on their own.)

***Room Types***

1.) Single room (1 guest only)

2.) Double room with separate beds (2 guests max)

3.) Double room with single bed (2 guests max)

4.) Rollaway bed (for children)

Example for family of three: 1 Double room with a single bed and 1 rollaway bed; Example for party of four: 2 single rooms and 1 double room single bed

***Installment Plan***

Submit your deposit beginning September 15, 2026 to reserve your spot on the tour. The last day to submit your deposit for the tour and flight package is October 15, 2026. For the tour only, deposits are due no later than December 15, 2026.

1.) Monthly: Payments are due on the 15th of each month until July 15, 2027.

2.) Quarterly: Payments are due every 3 months until July 15, 2027

3.) All at once: Deposits are due by October 15, 2026, for all travelers, whether you are booking the tour and flight package or selecting the tour-only option. The remaining balance for full tour and flight packages must be paid by December 15, 2026, while the balance for tour-only bookings is due by June 15, 2027.
