REFUND POLICY

Deposits are non-refundable. Depending on the timing of your cancellation, a portion of your payment is non-refundable. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 45 or more days before departure: You will lose 50% of your payment.
  • 44-31 days before departure: You will lose 75% of your payment.
  • 30 or fewer days before departure: You will lose 100% of your payment.

Please note that these fees reflect payments already made to vendors and partners to secure your trip.

We strongly encourage all clients to acquire traveler’s insurance in case of loss. All cancellations must be provided in writing via email to info@awunitoursghana.com, with subject line: TOUR CANCELLATION.

Furthermore, email must include the following details:
  • Client name
  • Group leader name (if applicable)
  • Date of tour
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Date to reschedule tour
  • Name and email of person to transfer trip balance (if applicable)
