REFUND POLICY

We appreciate your business and for choosing to tour with us. However, due to the nature of the services we provide, Awuni Tours Ghana DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. All deposits are used to reserve accommodations for clients, and therefore, deposits will be relinquished in the case of cancellation. To protect against risks and financial losses, we advise clients to acquire traveler’s insurance.
Clients have the option to reschedule tours within 6 months after the original cancellation date without any financial penalty. All monies paid over the deposit amount will then be applied to the newly scheduled tour. After 6 months of the original cancellation date, all payments made will be surrendered, and no credit will be given towards future tours.
If clients cancel tours within 45 days of the start date, all payments will be forfeited, and no credit will be issued towards future tours.
To cancel tours, clients must submit an email to bookings@awunitoursghana.com, with subject line: TOUR CANCELLATION. Furthermore, email must include the following details:

  • Client name
  • Group leader name (if applicable)
  • Date of tour
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Date to reschedule tour
  • Name and email of person to transfer trip balance (if applicable)
